  4. You can go shopping for lunch.<\/li>
  5. It\u2019s fun and makes you feel great about yourself.<\/li>
  6. You are helping our planet by reducing carbon emissions.<\/li>
  7. Fixing a bike is easier than fixing a car.<\/li>
  8. It\u2019s faster to commute by bike than walking.<\/li>
  9. A public transport strike won’t delay your commute.<\/li>
  10. Exercise helps you to sleep better.\u00a0<\/li>
  11. Its easier not having to deal with car parking on your daily work trips.\u00a0<\/li>
  12. It saves money on car parking, especially if\u00a0 you can use your bike in the winter.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    17: When parked outside work, it gives some security for security-minded parents when dropping off\/picking up their kids. You don\u2019t need to worry about Finding Street parking 24-7.<\/p>

    1. You will get to know your surroundings better (it\u2019s amazing what you can pick out at night), and the businesses along the route are nice.<\/li><\/ol>

      19: It\u2019s a work commute away from office; most of this time is spent in nature. Nature which is good for becoming healthy through fresh air, sunlight etc. \u00a0<\/p>

        21: It helps alleviate traffic on the road by not having to drive like a maniac in rush hour or weekend!<\/p>

        22: Making friends is better than online social media;\u2013most of useful networks that makes bike commuting successful, starting with good biking equipment (e-bikes); then staying fit\/healthy through exercise, riding responsible and taking care of yourself all around cycling schedule.<\/p>

        1. Sometimes you get to see wild life. It\u2019s like a free zoo.<\/li>
        2. Long distance biking (ride) is not a big deal, because it\u2019s quite self-taxing and time efficient.<\/li>
        3. You will keep your fitness going as well even in winter months when many are unhealthily on antibiotics due to cold\/flu; plus you save money from purchasing healthcare if any health mishap occurs!<\/li>
        4. Its more fun.<\/li>
        5. You will cultivate greater understanding of and respect for our environment.<\/li>
        6. There’s nothing like a “shoe-horn” on your bike with pedals to get the blood going in winters when biking is not possible (like today) through walking or sitting at work, if you have that luxury .<\/li>
        7. Its much faster to lock a bike than a walker at bus stops and entrances to jobs.<\/li><\/ol>

          30: You’re not stuck in traffic where everyone drives dangerously and blocks you in or run into you while biking.\u00a0<\/p>

          31: Talking to others around cycling is much easier than with a walker when walking on sidewalks near “busy” areas; they are always doing something that keeps them occupied.<\/p>
