SERVICE DESCRIPTION

This training is made up of 7 “modules”:

•        Introduction to hypotoxic plant food & acid-base balance
•        Lacto-fermentation
•        Gluten-free Hermit bread & its protein vitality breakfast
•        Probiotic drinks: Fruit kefir, Kombucha, Kvass & other beverages
•        Sprouted seeds and young shoots
•        Ocean algae
•        100% gourmet healthy desserts

Each “module” includes:

•          A theoretical video capsule of approximately 45 to 90 minutes;
•          A practical video capsule of approximately 60 to 120 minutes;
•          A follow-up online webinar, each week, allowing exchanges, discussions and sharing of experiences (without obligation);

•       

           Access to the private discussion group on Facebook allowing sharing and exchanges between participants, between sessions.

Once the training is fully paid for, the videos and documents then remain accessible for life. They can be viewed anytime, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

•         7 x Individual modules, each including 1 theoretical video (approx. 1 hour), 1 practical video (1h30 to 2h), a selective bibliography, and a course material with cooking recipes. The videos are accessible for life, as are all updates and additions regularly made.

•         During your purchase, the amount will be debited in the currency of your place of residence. As an indication, the amount of the training is approximately Euros 630.00 (Euros 93.00 / month).
