Het natuurhuisje bevindt zich in het mooie Wallis dicht bij de Furka – Grimsel en Nufenenpass. De streek is zeer rustig, maar toch zijn er tal van sporten te beoefenen, zowel in de zomer als in de winter. Er zijn kilometers wandelroutes en voor de winterliefhebber skipistes en ellenlange langlaufpistes. De zichten zijn adembenemend, de natuur is elk seizoen een pracht van kleuren.
