My Eco Best Friend is a non-profit and recognized public-interest organisation in Switzerland advancing sustainability through education, collaboration and practical initiatives.
Created from the belief that ecological transition should be accessible, positive and human, the association helps individuals and organisations turn good intentions into meaningful everyday action.
By organising public events, leading workshops in schools and communities, developing educational tools and supporting local sustainability efforts, My Eco Best Friend makes sustainability more practical, understandable and engaging. Its initiatives are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and relevant Swiss sustainability standards, ensuring both local relevance and global responsibility.

Gaëtan Bio founded My Eco Best Friend with a clear vision: to make sustainability more accessible, practical and engaging in everyday life. His long-standing interest in environmental issues has influenced both his studies and his professional experience, including work in Ireland where he contributed to internal environmental awareness and ISO 14001-related audits.

Whether you are based in Lausanne, Fribourg, elsewhere in Switzerland or abroad, you can contribute remotely. With around six hours per week, you can already make a meaningful difference.
