Define the specific needs of the client.
Identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are relevant for the client and develop a measurement system to collect the required data.
Investigate the client's problems and opportunities for improvement; identify and understand the root-causes and find the most efficient solutions to be implemented.
Based on the root-cause analysis, solutions are proposed which would positively impact the environmental performance of the client. The proposed solutions must be effort-cost-benefit balanced ; they must focus on the simplest, cheapest, and fastest implementation.
After the implementation of the solutions, control if this indeed has had a positive impact, for instance check the evolutions of the Key Performance Indicators.
The Client can track the process through a platform equipped with a dashboard which allows the visualisation of the various steps, related tools used and Key Performance Indicators. The Client may share the results with his/her own internal staff, sponsors or customers.
