Our building energy advisor (federal patent holder and CECB Expert) assesses the energy performance of your home and can also help you improve the energy efficiency of your building, depending on your needs. He also supports you during your renovation project and helps you with your grant applications.

WHY A CEBS?

The cantonal energy certificate for buildings (CECB®) makes it possible to establish the energy label for your building (from A to G) and to identify how to reduce your consumption.

The CEBS is presented as an essential preliminary step for any renovation, which provides concrete remediation paths and the applicable savings potential. According to the cantons, this is a mandatory step prior to any subsidy. The independent experts of Jean-Carlo Cornut SA are authorized to carry out such an audit.

WHAT PRICE?

Depending on the type of dwelling and the audit carried out (CECB® standard or Plus), the cost of a CECB audit carried out by our expert varies between CHF 600.- (single-family house) and CHF 2100.- (collective dwelling up to to 10 apartments).

As for thermography, it fluctuates between CHF 400.- (individual dwelling) and CHF 700.- (collective dwelling).
