During this half day experience you will be part of a team and together we will prepare a nice 4 courses meal that is made so it reduces to the minimum the impact on the environment !

About the Class: 

Our cooking class aims to increase awareness about sustainable practices in our daily lives, especially in the kitchen. We will be discussing various topics such as:

Local Food: The importance of supporting local farmers and the benefits of consuming locally sourced food.

Organic Food: The health and environmental advantages of organic food.

Packaging Less: How to reduce waste by choosing products with less packaging.

Composting: The process of composting and how it contributes to a sustainable lifestyle.

Local Gardening: The benefits of growing your own food.

Season-Based Food: The importance of eating seasonally for health and sustainability.

Less Meat: The environmental impact of meat consumption and exploring plant-based alternatives.
